WHAT IS ACP?
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal Communications Commission benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. Eligibility for the Affordable Connectivity Program requires a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Low Income Guidelines or meeting at least one of the following criteria:
Receipt of a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year.
Qualification for a participating provider's low-income internet program.
Participation in federal assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits, Lifeline, or specific programs for residents on qualifying Tribal lands.
